eClerx Sales Executive for Analytics and Technology – Remote

eClerx is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Executive for Analytics and technology Sales with a strong track record in driving large size deals and exponential business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding eClerx’s footprint in the United States and Canada, capitalizing on their deep understanding of the Analytics and Technology industry and eClerx’s products and service offerings to accelerate growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities within the Analytics and technology domain.
- Identify and target key accounts, forging strong client relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Design and develop a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, sales goals and organization objectives
- Develop strong relationships with CxOs and Executive leadership teams in client organizations to help grow the business
- Partner internally with eClerx practice domain leaders to create customized client solutions for client acquisition
- Rapidly identify target customers followed by a well-defined follow through plan to aggressively close new business.
- Leverage industry knowledge and eClerx’s capabilities to position the company as a preferred partner for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning eClerx’s solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct client presentations and engage in consultative discussions to propose tailored solutions that address client pain points and drive value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence within the Analytics and technology domain.
- Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and product/service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth in the Analytics and technology segment.
- Track and report sales metrics and performance regularly.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Technology, Analytics).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development, with a focus on Analytics and technology
- Enthusiasm and drive to aggressively chase large scale growth opportunities for a rapidly expanding organization
- Well versed/experienced in hunting new logo clients and building accounts, as well as making a ‘consultative sale’ i.e. understanding the client issue and then tailoring a solution (in conjunction with Practice Leads and delivery teams) for that client.
- Proven track record of successfully selling technology and analytics solutions to clients in the USA.
- Strong industry network and existing relationships within the Analytics Technology and technology exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
